La Fleur Chick, Chansi Coleman, brings fresh floral energy and style to every space she enters. Based in vibrant metro Atlanta, Chansi is a full-time Agriscience teacher by day with a serious knack for transforming classrooms and events with her signature modern-floral flair once the final bell rings.

Chansi’s journey into the world of special event floral design began in 2005, when a surprise teaching assignment in floral design sparked her curiosity and creativity. With the help of a retired mentor and some old-school VHS tapes, she dove into teaching everything from boutonnieres and corsages to bouquets and event décor. What started as hands-on classroom lessons led to mock weddings and eventually to professional event planning and floral design for the community.

Originally from Warner Robins, Georgia, Chansi now thrives in metro Atlanta with her family, where she juggles life as a teacher, creative entrepreneur, spouse, and mother to energetic kids. Her innovative teaching style and passion for education have earned her the titles of 2019 STAR Teacher, 2016-17 Teacher of the Year, and 2014 Ideas Unlimited state winner from the National Association of Agricultural Education.
